ORDERING & CANCELLATION PROTOCOL
1. Order Placement: All orders must be placed directly through our official website.
2. Confirmation: Upon successful placement, a confirmation notice will be sent to your registered email address.
3. Modification Window: Customers may cancel or modify an order prior to dispatch, typically within a 4-hour window, by logging into their account.
4. Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address; Dukes is not liable for delays resulting from incorrect information.
5. Fraud Monitoring: We monitor all transactions for potential fraud and reserve the right to cancel any past, pending, or future orders without liability if fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or stock discrepancies are detected.
6. Post-Payment Cancellations: Any orders cancelled after payment has been processed must be reported within 24 hours to remain eligible for a refund.
7. Promotional Vouchers: Please note that promotional vouchers used on cancelled orders are non-refundable.

PRODUCT ACCURACY
1. Packaging Excellence: Backpacks and accessories are secured in specialized fabric covers or zipper bags to prevent transit damage.
2. Unboxing Protocol: Customers should refuse any parcel if the outer packaging appears tampered with or opened.
3. Missing Items (Pilferage): Claims for missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos of the packaging.
